Hollybank in Swords, north Dublin is a 12 hectare green field site that has been acquired by Vue360°. With construction due to begin in 2009 Hollybank will comprise 100,000 square meters of mixed development including residential, commercial and retail.
Adjacent to Hollybank will be the metro north station for the new Dublin light rail service that will ensure easy access to the city centre.
